quickly as possible (usually within the same working
day). However, depending on the complexity of your enquiry
additional time may be required. Please make sure to
inform us what you will be taking payments for and your
country of incorporation.

for LIVE mechant accounts is available 24 hours
a day, 365 days a year. We provide full contact details
(including direct telephone numbers) and also provide
an online merchant area allowing you to fully manage
your account and request technical support day or night.

recoginse a transaction or having issues with a website?
We only offer payment processing
via acquiring partners, so are unable to directly process
card payments for or on behalf of any merchant or business.
If you are a card holder and do not
recognise a transaction on your bank or card statement,
or you are having issue with a company you have made
a card payment to, you can resolve the issue by contacting
the company mentioned on your statement. If you do not
recognise them you can do a simple Google search. If
you are still unable contact them please contact your
card company, the payment provider used, or bank direct
as we are unable to help.
